Terms of Service
Last updated: 2 October 2026
Who these terms are with
These terms are an agreement between you and Mohamed Toufik Djouabi, Bouira, Algeria, which operates Teni Week (“Teni Week”, “we”, “us”). By using this site, or by buying or downloading anything from it, you accept them. You confirm that you are at least 18, or the age of majority where you live.
Please also read our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.
What you are buying
Every Teni Week pack is a digital product: seven printable A4 activity cards and one printable sticker sheet, delivered as two PDF files. Nothing physical is produced, printed or shipped. You print the pages yourself.
The pack files are identical for every buyer. There is no personalisation of any kind — no child’s name, no custom text, no per-buyer version.
Payment and the seller of record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders: Paddle.com Inc. for buyers in the United States, and Paddle.com Market Limited for everyone else. Paddle handles the payment, any applicable sales tax or VAT, and the receipt you receive. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle’s Checkout Buyer Terms. Your card statement will show Paddle, not Teni Week.
Prices are shown on the site and may change from time to time. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay, and Paddle may show it in your local currency. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
How you get your files
After a successful payment we email you a permanent download link. The link needs no password and no account, and it does not expire. Treat it as private: anyone who has the link can download your files.
We keep the links working for as long as the shop is open. If we ever close it, we will email you first so you can save your files.
If the email does not arrive, check your spam folder first, then contact us at olfasupport@gmail.com with the email address you used at checkout.
The free pack
Leo’s Forest Adventure is free in full. You give us an email address, we send you the same kind of permanent link, and there is no payment and no obligation. These terms, including the licence below, apply to it in the same way as to the paid packs.
What you may and may not do with a pack
You may:
- print the pages as many times as you like, for the children in your own family;
- print them for the children in a single classroom or childcare group you work with.
You may not:
- resell, sublicense, or redistribute the PDFs or the printed pages;
- share your download link publicly or upload the files anywhere;
- use the artwork in any other product, free or paid.
You are buying a licence to use the pack, not the copyright in it. The Teni Week name and logo, and all artwork, characters, names and text, remain ours.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use this site to:
- break the law or commit fraud;
- send spam, or abuse our contact address;
- infringe our intellectual property or anyone else’s;
- interfere with the security or operation of the site, including by introducing malware, probing for vulnerabilities, or guessing or trying other people’s download links;
- scrape, copy or extract content from the site by automated means.
Suspension
We may disable a download link, and refund you where appropriate, if you break these terms (for example by sharing your link publicly), if we suspect fraud or an abusive payment dispute, or if we need to for security reasons. We will tell you why if we do.
We may stop selling a pack at any time. That does not affect the links of people who have already bought it.
Availability
We try to keep the site and the download links working continuously, but we do not guarantee that they will be uninterrupted or error-free. If a link stops working, email us and we will send a new one.
No promises about results
The packs are activity materials for parents and carers to use with children. They are not medical, psychological or educational advice, and they are not a substitute for professional help. We do not promise any particular result for any child. Children should be supervised by an adult when doing the activities, especially when using scissors, stickers or other small items.
Liability
Except as the law requires, the packs and the site are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, our liability for any claim relating to a pack is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing reduces the rights you have under the consumer law of your own country.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page at the time of your purchase is the one that applies to that purchase. If you keep using the site after we change them, you accept the new version for your future use.
