Refund Policy

The short version
If a pack is not what you hoped for, ask for a refund within 14 days of buying it and we will refund you in full. You do not have to explain yourself, and you do not have to delete anything you have already printed.
Why we can be relaxed about this
Before you spend anything, Leo’s Forest Adventure is free in full — all seven cards and the sticker sheet. It is the same art, the same format and the same length as every paid pack, so you can try it first and know exactly what you are buying. There is nothing to refund on the free pack, because it costs nothing.
How to ask
Either of these works:
- Email olfasupport@gmail.com from the address you used at checkout and tell us which pack it was. You do not need an order number, though it helps if you have your Paddle receipt to hand. We reply within 4 business days.
- Or ask Paddle directly at paddle.net, the support site for Paddle’s customers.
Please contact us or Paddle before disputing the charge with your bank. It is quicker for everyone, and we will not argue.
How the money comes back
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders: Paddle.com Inc. for buyers in the United States, and Paddle.com Market Limited for everyone else.
Refunds are issued by Paddle, back to the original payment method, for the full amount you paid. How long it takes to appear after that depends on your bank or card issuer.
Several packs in one order
If you bought more than one pack in a single order, including the set of all five, a refund covers the whole order.
After a refund
Your download link stops working once the refund is issued. Anything you have already printed is yours to keep.
After 14 days
We will still read your email. If something is genuinely wrong — a corrupt PDF, a broken link, a pack that never arrived — we will fix it or refund it whenever you tell us, with no time limit.
Your statutory rights
Nothing here reduces any right you have under the consumer law of your own country. Where that law gives you more than this policy does, the law wins.
